RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will love everything you order from splendourluxe.co.uk. For Hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of Waistbeads, Anklets, Ankara fan and African net sponge. We are happy to accept return on 
Beads strap flip flop, Ahenema that is unworn, not used and if the original packaging has 
not been removed and that it is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. 
Simply email us for the return address at splendourluxe@gmail.com with your 
order number and the reason to return your item.
 We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless you have been authorised 
by the customer service team. We do not accept return that are sent back directly without notifying the customer service team.

Order Cancellation: Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send you an email confirmation with 
the purchase information. Remember, you can't cancel or modify your order after 
placing your order. The packing of orders happens very quickly which means we are
 unable to stop an order once it is being processed or make any changes.
